This app runs in your systray, the small box usually in the lower right hand corner of your monitor, on the deskbar. The icon is a small white hand, which you right-click to access application settings.

This app notifies you when a pop up is blocked, and keeps a privacy report for you. Bear in mind that Panicware sells a more advanced version of this app, so they will likely try to sell you an upgrade.
